Extended Coaching

THE HEART OF WHOLENESS COACHING

A single draft horse can pull about 8,000 pounds. Surprisingly, when two draft horses pull a load together, they don't just pull 16,000 pounds combined, the team can pull 22,000 pounds. But when they are trained to pull together, they can pull up to 32,000 pounds!

That is four times the original amount!

Similarly, working through your wholeness process on your own, it is possible to make forward movement. But working alongside someone else, it is possible to quadruple the effect. By training and working together, Extended Coaching can open the path toward wholeness and inner healing and propel you forward on your journey.

We were created to work together. The combined action of a group of people can be effective, but only if the team works together. With their combined effort–and the work of the Holy Spirit–healing and revelation is within reach.

“For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”
Matthew 18:20

The Coach/Client relationship relies on the work of both people. The Coach to show up, ask questions, challenge, and inspire. The Client to show up, be transformed by the renewing of their mind, and do the work set before them.

Let’s use the example of the draft horse to pull together and press on toward the goal!

“I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 3:14
