Stage 1 - Start Here
The DELIVERANCE RETREAT is the only Stage 1 retreat. All attendees must undergo prophetic deliverance in order to attend any other retreats at Bear Creek Ranch.
Stage 2 - Must have attended the Deliverance Retreat
KING CAMP (Advanced Wholeness #1) All attendees must wait 3 months after their Deliverance Retreat to attend King Camp. It is the perfect follow-up to the Deliverance Retreat as you continue to pursue inner healing and wholeness.
FAMILY DELIVERANCE RETREAT is for parents who’ve attended the Deliverance Retreat and would like their child(ren) to go through deliverance.
Stage 3 - Must have attended the Deliverance Retreat and King Camp
DELIVERANCE TEAM TRAINING is for those desiring to join the teams at Bear Creek Ranch or create their own deliverance team.
GATHERING OF KINGS (Advanced Wholeness #2) is a brand new retreat, coming 2024.
Stage 4 - Must have attended Deliverance, King Camp, and Gathering of Kings
KING OF KINGS (Advanced Wholeness #3) is coming in 2025!
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your retreat reservation. Last minute cancellations are difficult for the registration team to fill, so we ask that you contact us as soon as you know you need to change your retreat plans.
Rescheduling
Only one “reschedule" is permitted per registration. When rescheduling a second time, there is a $50 rescheduling fee.
Time Limit: You may switch to another retreat up to two weeks before your scheduled retreat date for free. In the event of rescheduling within two weeks, there is a $50 rescheduling fee.
Refunds
You may receive a refund for a canceled retreat up to two weeks prior to the scheduled retreat date. All refunds use the same payment method in which they were paid minus a $50.00 administrative fee.
For a cancellation within two weeks of a retreat or for a no-show, no refund will be given.
*Under rare occurrences, if Bear Creek must cancel an event, you may choose a new retreat date free of charge. We always suggest that flights not be booked as nonrefundable.
COVID POLICY
The health and welfare of our attendees is of utmost concern at Bear Creek Ranch (BCR.) We believe that each adult attending our retreats has the right to decide how to protect themselves from sickness and disease. The following policy is in place as you attend a retreat at BCR in accordance with Georgia State guidelines.
1. Each attendee is personally responsible for their own health and protection, and assumes all risk during travel and attendance of the retreat. Feel free to take whatever precautions needed in order to feel safe.
2. Masks are not required.
3. All attendees should wash their hands regularly and thoroughly (according to CDC guidelines) and if soap and water is not available, use hand sanitizer. Hand sanitizer is available in all public spaces as well as inside the teaching room.
4. Retreat attendance will not exceed 30 people, so it is not necessary to socially distance according to the small group meeting guidelines of Georgia.
5. If you are immune compromised, please use whatever means to keep yourself healthy while at your retreat (ie. mask, hand sanitizer, social distance, etc.) Let the BCR staff know if you need assistance and communicate with other retreat attendees as necessary.
6. If you come down with any cold/flu symptoms in the days/week leading up to your retreat, we ask that you call and reschedule your retreat at 912-481-4079.
