The Ranch Land Development

The property of Bear Creek Ranch is nestled on 10 acres of wooded and pasture land in the mountains of North Georgia. It will be a working ranch with animals, pasture land, a garden, and activities for our retreat guests to enjoy.

The Animals

The pastures will be the home of horses, cows, goats, donkeys, and more. It is widely known that direct interaction with animals is a form of therapy to provide comfort, companionship, improving mood, and enhance each retreat attendee’s experience at the Ranch.

The Garden

A large community garden sits on the eastern side of the property. Seasonal Vegetables, flowers, and more are grown for the use of the ministry, local friends and family. There is a large porch swing seating area around a bonfire for time in nature among the plants and butterflies for all the attendees to enjoy.

The Trails

Throughout the ten acres of land, there are walking trails all around the property for hiking, time in the fresh air, and for moments of reflection during the retreats.

The Bonfires

In the backyard sits a large fire pit with a circle of beautiful Adirondack chairs for us to have bonfires together at the retreats. The evenings tend to be a great time to sit back, relax, and have time with the warmth of the fire.

The Fun

Adventurous opportunities are available all around the Ranch, for those who need a bit of fun at the retreats. Play a game of horseshoes, learn how to lasso a calf, try your hand at ax throwing, frisbee golf, cornhole, and more.

Future expansion

Neighboring the Ranch, are 67 acres of wooded land for future expansion opportunities for housing, camping, activities, and more.
