Help around the Ranch is always welcome! We can use all the help we can get. If you have a special skill or something that you’d like to do, please reach out.
Onsite at the Ranch
It takes a village to pull off the retreats at the Ranch and to take it into the full vision of Bear Creek Ranch. We would love to expand our tents and bring in more people to help… and that is you!
Ministry Teams
Deliverance Teams ~ Get trained to join our deliverance and wounded spirit prayer teams.
Hospitality Team
Join in on prep and clean up of retreat meals: loading dishwashers, washing or drying dishes, and cleaning up the dining room.
Help maintain the snack bar, coffee bar, and bathroom cleanliness during retreats.
Groundskeeping Team
Help make the Ranch beautiful with mowing, weed-eating, leaf-blowing, etc.
Construction Projects ~ Building and maintaining structures and fences on the Ranch.
Ranch Hands Team
Ranch Animal Care ~ Help feed the animals, maintain pastures and equipment.
Help Remotely

Intercession Team ~ Join the monthly video calls and email list to be notified when to pray.
Coaching Team ~ Get trained in how to coach attendees how to heal using The Five Wholeness Steps.
Registration Team
Join the team of friendly voices who answer phones and register attendees for the retreats.
Development Team
Get involved with creating giving campaigns, communicating with givers, and writing giver content.
Social Media Specialist ~ Work remotely by creating and posting to social media for Bear Creek Ranch.
Audio/Video Team
Help produce audiobooks, audio/video teachings, and more!
